The User certifies to Jason Lee that if the User is an individual (i.e., not a corporation), the User is at least 18 years of age. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions.
Jason Lee reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges and terms at any time. The User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Website by the User following such notification constitutes the User's acceptance of the changes in the terms and conditions.

By accepting this Agreement, the User is confirming that it is legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that the User is either the cardholder or have the cardholder's express permission to utilize the card to effect payment. Jason Lee may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse Service to anyone at any time at Jason Lee's sole discretion. The Creator Academy Course:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Creator Academy course, you may initiate a refund. All refund requests for these courses must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and you may not have started Module 2 of the course.
Mentorship Program:
Please note that Mentorship Program has a no refund policy. Once you have enrolled in Mentorship Program, we cannot offer a refund. All sales are final.
Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take an additional 5 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
